1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the Margosha online store.
Consumer purchases from Margosha are governed by applicable Norwegian consumer legislation, including the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Marketing Control Act and the E-Commerce Act.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

3. The Agreement
The purchase agreement consists of these Terms and Conditions, the information provided on the relevant product page, the information shown at checkout, and any separately agreed terms.
The agreement becomes binding when you submit your order.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, typing errors or other inaccuracies where you knew, or reasonably should have understood, that an error had occurred. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be informed and any payment received will be refunded.
4. Products and Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, materials and care instructions. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.
Product-specific information, including material, size and jewelry care instructions, is stated on each product page.
Margosha offers products from different collections with different care requirements. Please follow the care instructions provided for the collection you purchase.
Normal wear consistent with the product information and care instructions is not in itself considered a defect. This does not limit your statutory rights if a product has a fault or does not correspond to the information provided at the time of purchase.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices shown in the online store are displayed in the currency stated at checkout.
For orders delivered in Norway, the price shown at checkout includes applicable taxes and any selected delivery costs before payment is completed.
For international orders, customs duties, import VAT or other local charges may apply in the destination country. Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are packed and shipped from Oslo, Norway.
Delivery options, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We offer delivery in Norway and international shipping with UPS. International delivery times and prices vary depending on destination.
If no separate delivery time has been agreed, the order will be delivered without unnecessary delay and no later than 30 days after the order was placed.
The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you when you, or a person designated by you, have received the delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period begins the day after you receive the product. If your order contains several products delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins the day after you receive the final product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly before the withdrawal period expires. You may contact us by email at margoshagrimsby@gmail.com or use the standard withdrawal form provided with your order.
After notifying us, you must return the product without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after giving notice of withdrawal.
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product when using the right of withdrawal.
You may examine the product in a careful and reasonable manner. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, you may be responsible for any reduction in value.
We will refund the amount paid for the returned product, including the cost of standard delivery, without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided documentation that the product has been sent back.
8. Returns
Returned products should be securely packaged to avoid damage during transport. Contact margoshagrimsby@gmail.com for returns.
9. Complaints and Defective Products
If a product is defective, damaged, or does not correspond to the information provided at the time of purchase, you may have the right to make a complaint under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.
You must contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. A complaint made within two months after discovering the defect will always be considered timely.
The general complaint period is two years from the date you received the product. If the product, or parts of it, is intended to last substantially longer than two years under normal use, a five-year complaint period may apply.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, cancellation of the purchase or compensation in accordance with applicable Norwegian law.

10. Delayed or Missing Delivery
If your order is not delivered within the agreed delivery time, and the delay is not caused by you or circumstances on your side, you may have rights under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to request delivery, cancel the purchase, withhold payment or claim compensation.
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period.
11. Incorrect Address or Uncollected Packages
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing your order.
If a package is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided or because the package was not collected within the carrier’s collection period, you may be responsible for the actual cost of reshipping the order.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights in cases of delayed delivery, defective products or valid use of the right of withdrawal.
12. Personal Data
Margosha processes personal data necessary to fulfil your order, provide customer service and operate the online store.

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at margoshagrimsby@gmail.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.
If we are unable to resolve the dispute, Norwegian consumers may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) for mediation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer residing outside Norway, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The terms that apply to your purchase are the terms available at the time your order is placed.
